This list groups the account rules by topic. The full agreement you accept opens from the registration form.

Before You Finish Registering
A few required steps appear on the signup screen. They run in this order:
- Method choice.
- The phone tab shows +90 as the default country code. The email tab uses the same form.
- Consent box.
- You tick the box confirming your age and the agreement. The form does not submit if the box stays empty.
- Background check.
- The system compares your details against the region list automatically. A second account under one identity gets rejected.
Territories Without Service
The operator does not provide service in the regions below. Turkey is not part of this group.

How Identity Verification Works
Document checks run through the independent provider KYCAID. The process rests on these points:
- The right to verify age and country of residence stays with the operator.
- Your actual current location can also be checked separately.
- An ID card, passport, or driver's license is accepted for upload.
- Your IP address and browser data get logged automatically.
Withdrawal and Transfer Limits

Connection Security
Site traffic runs through 256-bit SSL encryption. Thawte Consulting issues the certificate used. Card data is handled on a separate PCI DSS compliant page. Staff cannot reach this data directly.
